The 2 morning staff today were WAYYYY BETTER than last evening's staff. Last evening's front registration person kept lying to me about the wait time for a simple drug test. The medical staff in beyond the front desk weren't doing anything either. The registration person kept saying "They're getting the bathroom ready" over 25 minutes!! This morning experience took less than those 25 minutes. Last evening's experience was a total waste of my time.

I hurt my left thumb/wrist somehow and when I arrived at this location, Julia was very nice and she was very expedient to get me checked in. Pablo, the MA who did my intake, was a great listener. He took my vitals and after the PA saw me, he wrapped my hand like a pro. The physicians assistant, Lauren Spano,took her time with me, asked me related questions and examined my hand. Eventhough there was not x-ray services at this location, she did write an urgent care script for me to get an x-ray. I definitely recommend Lauren Spano, PA, and this location for urgent needs!
